Returns will only be accepted upon the discovery of a manufacturing defect that directly hinders the operation of the item purchased. If such a defect is discovered, the customer is responsible for submitting proof of the defect to Ad Astra Book Company. After submission of the return request, Ad Astra Book Company will determine if the item qualifies for a return for repair or a refund of the purchase price excluding the cost of shipping.
